- Playing at No. 1 in singles, broke four set points in the second set of her match against Saint Mary’s to defeat Mariia Kozyreva, ranked No. 36 in the nation (6-4, 7-6 (6)).
- The victory improved Ma to 15-4 on aggregate and was his third victory over a ranked opponent this season.
