Neither Mirza nor Malik made any announcement in this regard. Mirza’s team declined to comment when contacted by Gulf News.
Interestingly, Mirza and Malik still follow each other on Instagram. However, Mirza’s cryptic posts, captions, and stories have fueled the divorce rumors.
Recently, Mirza posted a photo with her son and wrote, “Moments that get me through the hardest days @izhaan.mirzamalik.”
A few days ago, she also posted an Instagram story that read, “Where do the broken hearts go?”
Another interesting detail that would have come to light is that Mirza has recently moved to a new house in Dubai.
Mirza’s sister, Anam Mirza, who is married to Indian cricketer Mohammed Azharuddin’s son, Asaduddin, is a content creator and posts daily vlogs on YouTube. She recently documented Mirza and Malik’s son Izhaan’s birthday party, which Malik also attended.
Neither Mirza nor Malik married in 2010 and have been living in Dubai ever since. On the labor front, Mirza announced his retirement in January this year.
In August this year, Mirza withdrew from the US Open due to an injury she suffered in Canada a few weeks before the US Open.
Meanwhile, Malik, who last played in T20I against Bangladesh in November 2021, is out of favor with the Pakistan Cricket Board and hasn’t made the T20 World Cup squad.
