Raipur (Chhattisgarh) [India], Nov 18 (ANI): Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will perform Bhoomi Pujan for the construction of the Tennis Sports Academy in Raipur via videoconference from his residence office on November 19.
The Tennis Sports Academy will be built on four acres of land adjoining the cultural building of the Raipur Agricultural University, according to an official press release.
The state government sports and youth welfare department has issued a work order with administrative approval of Rs 17 crore 75 lakh for the construction of this tennis sports academy building. A 15-month deadline has been set for the construction of the academy.
This campus of the Academy of Tennis Sport would include an administrative building, a hostel building and a tennis court. On the ground floor of the administrative building, there would be a waiting room, a reception, two changing rooms, two halls, a parking lot, and on the first floor, there would be a gym, a dining room, a waiting room, the second floor would have a VIP box and a 3,500-seat pavilion will also be built.
The hostel building would have a reception and waiting room on the ground floor, and there would be a superintendent’s room, an office, a VIP room and parking, a carrom room, a tennis room. table, kitchen, dining room on the first floor.
